Jigawa-ATA 4 Primary Directories:

  • iconOffice of the Director General: Provides executive support and strategic coordination for the agency's leadership. This office is responsible for critical functions such as communications, monitoring & evaluation, and executive assistance to ensure the Director General can effectively lead and manage the agency's mandate.
  • iconDirectorate of Analytics: Generates data-driven insights to inform policy and project design.
  • iconDirectorate of Delivery: Implements prioritized projects and converts strategic plans into on-the-ground actions.
  • iconDirectorate of Operations: Manages back-office functions including finance, HR, IT, and procurement, ensuring smooth operations. As the agency expands, the Directorate of Delivery will grow into specialized verticals for Production & Productivity, Agribusiness & Markets, and Livestock, supported by scaled-up Analytics and Operations teams.
